An historic procession

These photos show a procession from King's Chapel to the Cathedral for Bishop Cecil Douglas Horsley's enthronement as our 10th Bishop of Gibraltar between 1947 to 1951. On either side of the Bishop we have Albert B. Blackshaw and Edward (Teddy) Brooks, the two senior servers at the time. The Dean leading the procession is George Stephen Nason (1945-1950) flanked by two young Servers, two brothers, Bruce and Brian Norton Amor. Their father, Bobby Norton Amor, was a Lay Reader of the Cathedral.
